DND is notorious for acquiring equipment that disappoints — and one could mention the Iltis as a replacement for Jeeps.  Sometimes Canadian innovation becomes a cropper. Or is too costly. One only has to think of the F-35 to wonder if history is about to be repeated.”
  • MORE work coming to CFB Goose Bay!  “…. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to perform upgrades to the upper tank farm area to include a new containment pad for 100,000 litre used oil tank and replacement of existing oil/intercept shed, Goose Bay, Newfoundland & Labrador ….”
