The UNAMA, in its 2010 mid-year report on civilian casualties, released the civilian casualties’ statistics over the first six months of 2010 in Kabul city on Monday, August 10.
Observing the statistics issued by UNAMA, it appears crystal clear that the report is based on political expedience, exaggeration and propaganda instead of surfacing the facts.
The essence of the report is similar to that of Pentagon decision, saying “A large scale propaganda campaign, pining the civilian casualties on Taliban, has to be held and beefed up in order to create and exacerbate rifts within Afghan masses ending up in a clash between civilian and Taliban.”
Yet another flaw in the report is that it denies all the prior surveys, statistics and analysis, which are roughly close to the reality, issued by several different human rights organizations of the world.
The report holds Taliban responsible of 76 per cent of all civilian casualties, and attributes 12 percent of all civilian casualties to Pro-Government forces, adding that ISAF has caused the deaths of 69 civilians during the first six months of 2010.
To put every thing else behind, the surveys, analysis, statistics and sort of things, in order to throw light on the issue, merely the death toll of the victims of the US aerial attacks in only few districts of the country’s such as Arghandab, Zhari, Shiraz, Sorkh Rowd, and the massacre of Sungin is likely to hit more than 300 during the first six month of 2010.
Every observer would easily determine the truth of such reports as this and assess how authentic and spurious such reports may be.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan expresses its utter disbelief and regret over the UNAMA report and over the fact that the UN with all the neutrally slogans, plays a major role as a propaganda organization for the American imperialism and keeps covering up the blatant crimes of the Pentagon which is similar to betrayal by UN against the bloodshed and the massacre of the Afghan nation.
Wonder why it can be so hard for the UN to find out the ground realties that any attempt to deviate the minds of the common people may be in vain, for it is the masses that know the facts and about the civilian casualties far better than any one else does.

The news report released under the headline “Taliban execute women in public” featured the breaking news of Monday, August 09, 2010, published and given a tremendous coverage by a number of mainstream media outlets.
To be frank, such mainstream media outlets have nothing to do with propagating the ground realities in Afghanistan, what they really have to do is to pin anything on Taliban that can defame them and tarnish the Mujahideen movement, no matter how much they have to overstep the bounds of media ethics.
Indeed, when we scrutinize we find that there are some technical flaws and lack of balance in what they have reported in the news about the stated women that we want to pinpoint before we confirm the truth of the news report.
“Taliban execute woman in public” this is to say (Qisas). And Qisas (execution) is an Islamic Sharia term meaning retaliatory punishment of a murderer, whereas the term does not refer to adultery. Take for example Ahmad, who killed Mahmood deliberately or unjustly, in such case, the Islamic jurisprudence carry out Qisas (execution).
Without the media weighing the scientific accuracy and determining the truth of the news report, it has used the term execution, some reports even said she was lashed 100 times and shot in her heart, the others said she was lashed 200 times and shot three times in the head, these reports are nothing more then mere propaganda and are against the professionalism and media ethics.

If, according to some news reports, she was a widow, then she was married who should have been stoned not lashed and shot, in accordance with Islamic Sharia. Let say, she was unmarried, according to Islamic law, she should have only been lashed 100 times rather than 200 times and shooting with a gun. That is to say, she must have never been lashed more than 100 times, let alone shot.

HELMAND, Mar. 07 – As many as many as twenty seven British soldiers sustained losses of life and injures as a result of seven deadly blasts in Sangin district of Helmand province, on Sunday, Mar. 07. The reports from the region state that a roadside bomb tore through a group of on-foot British soldiers near the main bazaar of this district that left at leas 2 Britons dead and another 3 terribly wounded, however, about 12 Britons were injured and 7 killed during the six detonations occurred in the Khananu village of this district, in the afternoon hours of Sunday. The helicopters have come three times to the area to airlift the dead and the wounded from the explosion sites, while the Mujahideen have recovered a weapon and some other important stuff left behind from the dead in the sites following the incidents, said the Mujahideen from the area. Some British officers are said to have been among the dead.

HELMAND, Mar. 07 -On later Sunday, two of the U.S military tanks traveling in the convoy were eliminate in the bombings midway to Shorab airfield in Washer district of Helmand province. Sunday’s bomb attacks that targeted the tanks killed at leas a dozen Americans traveling in the tanks who were later evacuated to the U.S base while the struck tanks were left behind at the site burning till later this day.

HELMAND, Mar. 07 – There are reports from Helmand province that the number of U.S tanks eliminated as a result of mine blasts in Marjah and other parts of Helmand has risen to eight pushing the American deaths toll to dozens throughout Saturday, Mar. 06. According to the details, at least a dozen of the U.S soldiers were killed as one of their tank traveling in the coalitions’ convoy in Marjah’s Sistani area was struck by a planted mine blast which was minutes later followed by another blast that tore apart a vehicle of Afghan soldiers leaving about 7 soldiers dead. Also Saturday, two straight blasts blast within moments of each other targeted a tank and a group of U.S soldiers walking to the explosion site to recover the dead from the struck tank, however the death toll in both incident is unclear yet. In another incident elsewhere in the province, a U.S tank was destroyed in a roadside bomb blast in Khanshin district. Furthermore, four of the U.S. tanks were destroyed in the roadside bombings in other parts of Marjah, Babaji and Gerisk district through Saturday which have pushed the number of the U.S. tanks destroyed in Helmand province to eight and their death toll to dozens. It is to be mentioned that these fatalities and losses came as Gordon Brown, the British prime minister visited Marjah to pay homage to the Britons killed in the Operation Moshtarak in Marja town of Helmand province.

HELMAND, Mar. 02 – A series of the Mujahideen’s bombings separately eliminated eight tanks of the U.S. troops in Nad Ali district and Marjah town of Helmand province throughout Tuesday.
According to the report from Helmand province, two of the U.S tanks were targeted by consecutive IED blasts in Tazah Gul Kowtah area of Nad Ali district, on Tuesday morning. Also Tuesday, another two of the U.S patrol tanks traveling in a convoy were struck by blasts while crossing a bridge in Kariz Sadi, Marjah town. Similarly, blasts ripped into other two tanks of the U.S troops in Abdullah Qulf area of Marjah within one hour of each other, on Tuesday. In another incident, one of the U.S tanks in Nari Mandah and the latter in Mataki area of Marjah were separately blown up by roadside bombs, on Tuesday afternoon. About 25 American soldiers were killed who were traveling in the 8 tanks being struck in separate bombings.

HELMAND, Mar. 02 – Mujahideen’s bombings in Helmand’s Marjah town separately destroyed three of the U.S tanks through Tuesday. The report from the region states, one of the U.S tanks while on combat patrol mission got blown up by a planted mine causing the tank to be smashed into pieces, killing all the American soldiers traveling in the struck tank, in Mula Salaam Char Rahi area of Marjah. Also Tuesday, elsewhere in Marjah, two straight blasts tore through two of the U.S tanks traveling in a convoy in Abdullah Qulaf area. HELMAND, Feb. 17 – A civilian riding a motorbike with a women siting behind in Helmand fell victim to the U.S airstikes fired from a helicopter in Block Now area of Marjah causing both civilians to embrace martyrdom on Tuesday. Also Tuesday, five civilians were injured besides a women and man being martyred in Marjah when a U.S mortar shell landed in their house. According to the civilians, all the dead and injured were innocent civilians being martyred in the U.S ground and air strikes. Similarly,on Tuesday, five civilians were martyred and a dozen injured in the U.S small and heavy arms fire in Kandahar, on Tuesday. Four US and British invaders tanks destroyed in Marjah
Four tanks of the joint UK-US invading terrorists were targeted in separate blasts between Marjah and Nad Ali districts of Helmand province, on Wednesday. According to the details, two consecutive blasts tore apart two tanks of the US and British invaders forces near Sistani desert in Marjah district.
A little over half an hour after the former incident occurred two other tanks of the British and American invading terrorists were hit by landmine blasts while the invading terrorists were on a combined patrol mission between Trikh Nawar and Tangano Gudar in Marjah district. British invading terrorists sustain fatal losses in Helmand battles
There are reports from Helmand province that there have been fierce clashes between the Mujahideen and the British invading terrorists in the Province’s Musa Kala and Nad Ali districts on Wednesday.
