Our countrymen are well aware that western occupying forces have been attempting for quite some time now to give a legal face to their unlawful occupation of Afghanistan and to realize their dream of establishing a permanent presence. For these filthy designs to be accomplished, serious efforts are recently being undertaken by the foreign enemy and their internal mercenaries and it has been decreed that this coming Wednesday (16th November), a supposed Loya Jirga (Grand Assembly) will be convened in Kabul to realize this unfortunate plan.
Some of the information acquired about this plot suggests that America wants to obtain documentation for a perpetual occupation of Afghanistan under the name of Strategic Partnership because the draft text of it says that America (like its ongoing occupation) will practice absolute freedom, will not abide by any Afghan stipulations and will continue its military operations and presence as long as its wants.
For this purpose it is absolutely necessary for the Afghans to realize the sensitivity of this subject. The permanent presence of America and other invaders spells nothing but the absolute fall and decline for our glorious nation and people who have a many millennium old history. If the Afghan nation neglectfully forgo standing up against and blocking the ominous plan of the enemies of Afghanistan then they will definitely face the same ill fate which is being faced by the nations who are occupied and subdued by the infidels and the history books are filled with such admonitory stories.
The countries of Japan and South Korea should serve as enough examples for us to understand and learn about the effects of permanent American presence. These countries do not have any Islamic sanctums nor an Afghan code of honor; they are not military and economically weak like Afghanistan neither are they under such domination but despite all of this, these same nations have had it up to their noses with violations and crimes committed by the Americans troops.
According to internationally respected news outlets, American invaders are charged on a daily basis with crimes done against the residents of these countries which include rape of 12 year old girls and 68 year old women.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan calls on all its countrymen, parties and political figures that the sole reason for the ongoing conflict in Afghanistan is because of the foreign invaders. If the foreign invaders leave then there are many Islamic and Afghan channels which can be utilized to solve our internal problems. Afghans are able to solve their internal problems by themselves under tolerating conditions.
It will be inapposite for those concerned about a repeat of civil war or due to scare for own depreciation to put their necks down and keep silent in front of perpetual occupation by American invaders. We believe the Afghan crisis will only find an end when our nation thwarts the Strategic Partnership of the invaders and their mercenaries under the disguise of Loya Jirga and their other plans, brings the ongoing occupation to an end and fulfill their duty of bringing about an independent, proud and peaceful Afghanistan. Those people who approve permanent American bases under the banner of the upcoming so-called Loya Jirga will be considered as national traitors and will be deserving of harsh penalties and their names will be written down alongside the slaves and nation sellers like Shah Shuja, Babrak Karmel and Karzai.

The General Secretary of NATO (Anders Fogh Rasmussen) painted a false picture about the ongoing situation in Afghanistan in his recent conference held in Brussesls. He stressed and propagated to his allies that the recent attacks by Taliban supposedly have some headline grabbing element to them and that their attacks have fallen by twenty six percent compared to last year!!
Rasmussen depicted the attacks by Mujahideen in Afghanistan as ineffective and pompous at a time when the current year (Badr) operations which began on the 30th April have caused the American and NATO forces incredible destruction militarily and economically which even some American and western sources have described as considerably more oriented and numerous compared to the last couple of years.
The General Secretary of UN, talking about the strength and operations of Mujahideen addressed the Security Council in a report on 20 September that this year has seen a 40% increase in Mujahideen attacks and said that on average, there have been 2108 attacks every month from Taliban on foreign and internal forces in the first eight months of the current year.
So what kind of spin can the confused General Secretary of NATO give to the grief-stricken music coming out from the bases and outposts of the occupying troops, the cries of which awake the villages and communities lying in 5 km radius to them every morning? The adjacent people can only guess from these screams and shrieks of sorrow the number of their troops killed and the number of coffins on their way back to Bagram!
If the General Secretary of NATO calls the potent and targeted tactic used by Mujahideen in Badr operation, so Mujahideen and civilians can be shielded as headline grabbing then he is contradicting all military norms and belying the people by hiding the sun with 2 fingers. If he is suggesting that attacks have fallen in those areas from where they and their allies have rolled up their presence or in those where the foreign invaders don’t come out their bases out of fear of being hunted down then these are successes of Mujahideen not of NATO. If Rasmussen likes this type of achievement then the easy way is by reducing their presence in more areas. Attacks will fall there as well and it will be followed by security. And if Rasmussen and all his allies leave Afghanistan completely then the attacks on them will reach zero and he can propagate the notion even more and say that the number Taliban attacks have fallen further.
Fogh must never consider the Jihadi stratagem of Mujahideen and the holing up of NATO forces as the weakening and leveling off in Mujahideen operations but rather he should pay attention to the proficiency and strength of such strikes like how a lone martyrdom seeking Mujahid in Sayedabad district turned a huge American base upside down, killing and wounding nearly two hundred soldiers or how a courageous ‘Ghazi’ shot down a helicopter in the same district at midnight in which 32 were killed by your own account or the tactic and extraordinary Imaan (faith) displayed by 6 Mujahideen who shook the garrison city of Kabul for 20 hours and fought off thousands of highly equipped NATO, American and mercenaries of the puppet regime while at the same time calmly targeted the important bases and buildings of the occupying forces until all of their ammunition was expended.
Our final suggestion to Fogh Rasmussen that his optimism and judgment is raw and misleading. Mujahideen, besides standing on the verge of victory in the military field have also broken your backs economically and have made great strides in the political, cultural and social arena. Our popularity amongst the Afghans is so high and vast that now the shouts of Jihad and independence are even echoing from inside the security circles and army of the crumbling Kabul administration and thousands of youth have readied themselves to quit the ranks of the hirelings and join the Mujahideen or carry out effective operations on the invaders from within the ranks of the army!!

A powerful martyrdom attack took place 3 days ago in Kabul city’s Darul Amaan area targeting the trainers and mentors of ANA of Kabul administration which resulted in the death of 25 American invaders while several others were severely wounded. American sources also confirmed this figure and put the death toll at 13 in the initials hours of the attack, later correcting that number to 18 killed.
Americans received this heavy blow while there are still two weeks left before the congregation of the bogus Loya Jirga (National Assembly) to be held in Kabul city, from which it wants to gain the approval and vote of confidence of the Jirga’s hired members on the supposed Strategic Partnership, the main point of it being the long term presence of Americans in Afghanistan.
Everyone understands that this spectacle of Loya Jirga and the agreements signed therein on Strategic Partnership hold no diplomatic quiddity and legal value. This action only lays the groundwork for the continuation of American occupation and paves the way for an American lordship over the national, economical, cultural political and social values of Afghans and props up Afghanistan as a threat for the region and neighbors.
America has not achieved anything in the past ten years of its barbarism and military pressure while all of its tactics have been rendered useless one after the other. Now it wants to bring something to hand with its political and dramatic plots, Loya Jirga embodying a part of that drama.
The Afghan people have been a witnesses to America’s behavior towards our religion, culture, independence and national inviolables. How many of our weak Afghans, women, children and elders have been martyred in the blind aerial bombardments and raids and how many others have been tortured in the black prisons. And the Afghans have also seen the degree of advancement in their economy and their fare share of security and stability in the past ten years!!
American has been shaken economically and its people have been forced to take to the streets due to destitution and financial woes. So what can American afford to give out and bestow on the Afghans in such a shriveled state!!?
The Muslim Afghan nation has a firm belief that the occupiers are in a state of collapse and desertion. The moral of its soldiers has dwindled. The effectiveness of its war machine and technological tactics has been diminished. They have lost all trust in the army and security apparatus of Kabul regime and on the other hand are facing the blows of effective Mujahideen onslaughts every other day, a clear sample of which was the attack the other day. All of these point out that the invaders have lost their nerves and if this condition continues in the same manner and the strikes of Mujahideen continue with such power and effectiveness than America will, with the help of Allah, furl its colonial net to a great degree in a few months and will turn its back on the agreements signed in the fraudulent Jirgas which is only being performed to keep the minds busy!!
We believe that as long as the occupying troops are in Afghanistan and as long as they don’t accept the realities and start withdrawing as soon as possible; no other tactic will work in their favor and this is an indisputable fact that their exit will only benefit the whole region and the whole world.

For a long time now, torture has been rife in the different detention facilities of Kabul regime while holding or interrogating political prisoners as was indicated in a recent report published by the United Nations. With earnest concern, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan would like to call upon the United Nations, Human Rights Watch Organizations and other International circles to prevent and pay serious attention to this matter.
It is praise worthy that the United Nations showed its concern on this subject and published a report about it but this step should have been taken a long time ago because this kind of persecution has been taking place in the secret prisons of the occupying forces inside our country and also in the Ministry of Interior and Intelligence centers of the Kabul regime and by the remnants of the former communist regime as well as other criminal rings with full expertise and experience. Thousands of Afghan prisoners are languishing in such conditions daily while this method goes on with full force.
The report of United Nations finds that 34 percent of the torture has taken place in the secret detention centers of Kabul’s intelligence agency. During interrogation the removal of nails, electrical shocks, water boarding, sleep deprivation, threats to life, electric shocks to genitals, stripping and other penalties have become a norm for any prisoner who has been detained no matter the allegation, forcing them to wrongly confess in order to free themselves from the suffering. When such a confession is extracted by the intelligence department, it is proudly displayed to the media by its spokesman as a great achievement which in it self is a shameful act strongly condemned by us.
We would similarly like to voice our concern to the United Nations and other International Rights entities about the treatment with political prisoners in the detention centers of Ministry of Interior of Kabul regime. Pul-e-Charkhi prison in general and its Guantanamo block in particular is witness to deplorable conditions in which hundreds of prisoners are always locked up in very small rooms, given atrocious food, kept in utter darkness, always deprived of sleep, denied family visits, are not briefed on their cases or sentences, are forced to wear clothes against Isalmic and Afghan customs and are not given tools to manage their hair. In the past Eid, the prisoners from south east areas of the country were forced to shave their moustaches without their consent to put them under mental stress. The murder of prisoners especially in the provinces of Kandahar and Helmand under mysterious conditions. In order to gain false confessions, prisoners are tied to cars and dragged until they are martyred, the burning of prisoners, letting dogs lose on them and other kinds of heinous acts about which we have records and witnesses from Kandahar, Helmand and other provinces and which we are willing to share with anyone if needed. And finally of cases about which no Human Right Organizations or other groups have heard.
If we estimate on provincial level then such disgraceful cases would number in the hundreds which our defenseless people and detainees are subject to. But the United Nations and other Human Right organizations should have long been aware of such cases and should have taken practical steps for its prevention. Even now if attention is paid perhaps positive transformation can take place in prison and prisoner conditions. They should focus considerably on the point that the estimates mentioned in their report is far less than the actual number. It is hoped that in this case all the prisons located in our country, be they connected to foreigners in their bases or to the Kabul regime; be they located in the capital or in the provinces should be properly investigated, visited and assurance should be taken from them in every way possible that human rights be not trampled on.

In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful
With the uptick in the thunderous strikes by the Mujahideen Islamic Emirate, the American officials have once again embarked on a mission in a confused and puzzled state to keep the ordinary minds busy in order to temporarily hide or explain their ignominious defeat. In this connection they want to attribute the decisive and staggering attacks by Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate to the neighboring country of Pakistan and similarly want to depict disunity in the ranks of Islamic Emirate, from which it desires to gain the following:
1) America wants to depict the strength of Islamic Emirate as feeble and attribute its attacks to others.
2) Due to American officials and especially General Petreaus repeatedly lying and feeding wrong information to its nation about them having the upper hand in the Afghan situation, now that these false claims are unraveling, it has compelled them to suggest an intervention from Pakistan. This is because they have supposedly weakened the Afghan resistance so these new attacks are from Pakistan’s intervention!?
3) This years operation by Islamic Emirate christened as ‘Badr’ have been so successful that a lot of the members from the occupying coalition forces have reached a conclusion that they cannot win this war and are contemplating removing their forces as swiftly as possible and in this regard are also facing pressure form their people. So America wants to show them that the internal situation of Afghanistan is under control and this current resistance is being supported by Pakistan hence if they put pressure on Pakistan and stop this intervention then the situation will come under control and in this way they also want to deceive the members in its coalition for a bit longer.
4) America, through its lies wants to spread the mentality that one of Jihad’s prominent personalities and a member of Islamic Emirate’s Leadership Council, Al Hajj Maulawi Jalaluddin Haqqani is a separate force and is tied to others. On the one hand, they want to show Mujahideen as disunified and on the other; they want to give a bad name to our prominent figures by tying them to foreign intelligence.
5) America wants to spread chaos in Pakistan through various means, weaken its government and make it dependent upon them. That is why it is trying to make this government collide with its citizens and with this excuse, make them fight each other to show that there is what they like to call terrorist sanctuaries there.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan once again wants to propagate to the world that Islamic Emirate is at its strongest and unified more than it has been at any other stage. It is also enjoying the vast support and backing of its nation and has control over more than half the regions of Afghanistan. Neither are our bases in Pakistan nor do we need residence outside of our country in uncertain conditions. All the military and civilian activities in the country are our own initiatives and our own actions. The respected Maulawi Jalaluddin Haqqani is Islamic Emirate’s honorable and dignified personalities and receives all guidance for operations from the leader of Islamic Emirate.
In our view, instead of baseless accusations, more casualties and a constant attempt to conceal losses and failures, it would be better for America and her allies to put an end to the occupation of Afghanistan as quickly as possible and do now what must inevitably be done.
Regarding the ongoing situation we must tell our Believing and Mujahid Afghan nation that they should not lend an ear to the enemy’s baseless accusations and propaganda. Like how the nation already knows that against the American idol, our nearing victory Jihad is a pure Islamic and national Jihad just like the rest of our struggle for independence. Attributing it to others are only satanic designs and a maneuver to bring about a climate of mistrust. Our nation which is not indebt to anyone in our struggle for independence except for Allah’s divine victory should be proud of its independent leaders and gallant Mujahideen and should strengthen them even more with their lives and wealth.
Our advice to the people of Pakistan and its government is that it should deliberate on America’s two faced and implacable politics. It should always give precedence to its Islamic and National interests and they should have a firm belief that America will never be happy with them until they loot all their material and moral assets.

KABUL, Sep. 14 – Kabul operation ends after two consecutive days of fighting and martyrdom operations conducted by 15 martyrdom-seeking Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate targeting the most important points in the city such as NATO’s H.Q, US embassy, foreign and local intelligence agencies and some other government and military buildings, regiments and corps in the center of Kabul city, the capital of the country.
The first 6-men team led by Mula Abdurahman resident of Kandahar poisoned near the Sahat-e-Ama roundabout began targeting the US embassy, ISAF central headquarter, the department of National Directorate of Security (NDS), a local spy agency, Kabul main corps and other important government and military buildings using mortars, artilleries, rockets and heavy machine guns.
Meantime, Hafizullah carried out a martyrdom attack eliminating two military vehicles of the convoy of the reinforcement attempting to approach the war zone. At least more thane than 15 puppet soldiers were killed in the attack. Next, Abdul Shafi conducted a martyr attack on the military convoy of the regiment of 101 trying to break the operation in which several military vehicles and tanks of the local puppets and the US invaders were destroyed with more than 40 US invaders and the puppets being killed.
A third car bomb attack conducted by a remote-controlled device targeted the enemy forces intending to break into Mujahideen position.
The group of martyrdom-seeking Mujahideen hit all the targets and fought throughout the night, while the operation ended successfully on Wednesday at about 9: am local time, killing more that 69 US-NATO invader and their puppets including soldiers, policemen and spy agents. Of 15 martyrdom-seeking Mujahideen 6 left the area safely, where the other 9 became martyrs in face to face fighting and martyrdom attacks. No civilians have harmed during the operation.
The objectives:
The move was to show the US, NATO and their allies that Mujahideen’s resolve has not weakened through the 10-year long battle, on the contrary, it has strengthened and the morale among Mujahideen is higher than before.
To make the spy agency and its agents of puppet regime suffer the consequences of what they have been doing to the innocent Muslims across the country especially the ones equipped with the sunnah of the Prophet sallallahe alaihe wa sallam by harassing and intimidating them and extorting dollars as bribe from them.

Martyr attack hits NATO’s ISAF HQ and US embassy along with local and foreign intelligence agencies

triggering a bloody fighting and targeting the strategic points in the heart of Kabul city, the capital of the country on Tuesday, September 13, 201.
The operation began today at about 1:15 and is till going with foreign invaders and local puppets sustaining fatal losses and severe damages. The city is in turmoil and the people are running about in terror and shock
The attack came a couple of days after one of the US major base was hit by martyrdom attack killing more than 200 most of whom were US invaders in Syedabad district of Wardag province.

KABUL, Sep. 13 – A large number of the invading troops and their puppets were killed in Kabul operation that began at about 1:15 pm, targeting the US embassy, NATO’s ISAF main HQ, and their intelligence agency and the department of NDS, local spy agency with heavy and small arms, hand grenades and explosive vests in Kabul city, the Afghan capital.
Mujahideen combatants are still fighting with indelible courage blocking the ways to the fighting zone where no civilians exist and eliminating any reinforcements trying to approach the US embassy, ISAF main HQ and the departments of foreign and local spy agencies.
The group of martyr-seeking Mujahids have stormed the facilities three times so far with heavy and small arms carrying martyr attacks.
Besides, Mujahideen fighters conducted martyr attacks on the important military builtings including local security regiment known as Chatak Ghabargoon, 202 Shmashad regional regiment and Nizm-e-Ama regiment in Deh Mazhang and Kot-e-Sangi area of Kabul city, killing a huge number of the local security forces and policemen.
At about 6:00 pm, one of the NATO invaders’ tanks firing at martyrdom-seeking Mujahideen got targeted by Mujahideen combatants leaving it on fire.
All the foreign invading and local security forces are in horror and have been unable to break the resistance of a few martyr-seeking Mujahideen going on for more than 6 hours straight.
Now that the mainstream and local media outlets are going to offer their one-sided biased statement, as usual, hiding their shameful and cowardly defeat and showing the weakening signal in Mujahideen current operation as the so-called human right organization did early today; they are advised to get a closer look at what has been going on in Kabul through much of the day and observe the journalist code ethics and state what is true.
Meantime, Mr Nadir Nadri is advised to offer his condolence to the oppressed Afghan masses who are being terrorized throughout the country, the ones whose houses and entire villages are being eliminated and hundreds other innocent Afghans who are being martyred in the US-NATO airstrikes and ground attacks with each day passing rather that regretting the attacks on the NATO’s ISAF Headquarter, the US embassy and their spy agencies.
