In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

General David Petraeus, the chief of invading forces in Afghanistan, has taken on a task, by the order of White house and Pentagon rulers, to increase notorious militia under the name “Local Force” against Mujahideen.

The right-wingers’ setup and expansion of Militia is a terrible and failed plan carried out at the time of Najeeb’s rule during the Communist Regime which not only resulted in fueling the racial prejudice and civil war but also brought that infamous regime to an end.

Now that the US invaders, in pursuit of former USSR, intends to repeat that terrible blunder and failed experience imposing the tragedies and the civil war of later 1900’s, on Afghan masses which is, in facet, horrible plan to pave the ways for the disintegration of Afghanistan, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan thinks it necessary to issue it is stance as follows:

1. The Afghan brave and honor-loving nation, which has constantly crushed the invading forces at different times in history and has always retained its Islamic identity and independence, should realize the fact that the invading forces in Afghanistan are threatened with the disgraceful defeat and want to back off and leave the scene in a way that our country should continuously remain at war one way or another, drawing the Afghan masses into racial, linguistic, regional and mutual differences. In view of these facts, the Afghan nation is reminded not join hands with the right-wingers in such disgusting plans and conspiracies.

2. The attempt by the US invaders to se up Local Militia is an indirect plot to disintegrate Afghanistan, therefore every individual Afghan, by fulfilling their nation-state’s duty, is bound to preserve their Islamic and national solidarity so as to foil this conspiracy.

3. The influential tribesmen and the scholars, in their respective areas, are responsible to make the ordinary civilians aware of this hostile plan and not let them be losers in the world and the Hereafter by falling prey to the abhorring conspiracy of the colonialism.

4. Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate, in collaboration with the nation, have to use every asset in their power to foil this plot and punish and keep a close eye on those support this program and join it.

5. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is certain that the Petraeus’ plan of forming new Local Militia would end up a failure because, on the one hand, our Islam-loving nation and Mujahideen’s advanced tactical warfare and the heroic martyrdom operations get in the their way of success, on the other hand, Mc Chrystal, prior to Petraeus, did the same thing in Provinces such as Wardag, Khost, Kunduz and so on, with the result in vain, even the outcome in some areas was quite the opposite. As the enemy is weaker than ever being threatened by defeat across the country, the futile efforts to set up the new Local Militia would not do them any good; on the contrary, it would certainly be doomed to a failure Insha Allah.

This report is followed by the news stories of awarding contracts by the corrupt and puppet Karzai administration for mining these deposits.In fact the occupation forces are disgracefully facing the most horrible situation in Afghanistan. In order to save their face, both the American and their puppets in Kabul very restlessly “disclosed” this news to show their “eagerness” the betterment of the Afghan Masses.

Through these measures the American forces and their dazed military leadership are trying to get maximum benefit from the Afghan wealth in form of gaining support from vital American companies in favor of Obama’s Afghan Policy. Secondly, it intends to use it as a bribe to those allies of this shattered alliance, who no more wants to stay in Afghanistan. The US believes that monetary greed will make them stay along the US in this graveyard. Another design behind “breaking” this news was to drag those countries to Afghanistan who have been opposing the US occupation. The last but not least, the news aims at diverting the global attention from US’s defeat and acquire more time to stay in Afghanistan. Perhaps, the whole world is aware of these deceitful and failed efforts by the US.

Now when the US and its puppet regime in Afghanistan want to achieve their illegal goals, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan consider it necessary to issue a policy statement regarding these minerals and the agreements for mining these minerals by the puppets Afghan regime.

1. The recent reports are no revelations as the vast deposits in Afghanistan were no secret. In fact Afghanistan is well known for its mineral wealth. These natural deposits are Afghan’s wealth. The mining of these minerals and all related agreements can be awarded by an independent and legal Afghan government only , not the one being imposed over the Afghan masses through force, tanks and warplanes.

2. The puppet regime set up in Kabul by the occupation forces is the most corrupt, ineffective, and weakest of the world community, the fact which has been confessed by the Americans and their puppet president in Kabul. Now who can ensure transparency in such circumstances? This is why, The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan declares any accord in this regard as illegitimate and the parties to the contract as a looter of the Afghan wealth.

3. The Americans and their puppet elements hold that these minerals and contracts in this regard will change the destiny of Afghan masses. This wealth will make the reconstruction of Afghanistan possible and help the Afghan economy to become stable. It is worth reminding that the puppet regime in Afghanistan has received billions of dollars from the international community in the past. In how much transparent manner has this amount been spent and how much has it helped a common man is not secret from the world. Then, why will be they let to plunder the wealth of this oppressed nation? Who can guarantee the wealth excavated under this administration will be spent for the betterment of common man and reconstruction of his country?

4. Therefore, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan warns all foreign companies, entering into contract with the puppet regime that no guarantee of the life of their worker can be given. Whosoever, enter into contract with this puppet regime regarding the natural resources, their contract will be considered as illegal by the Afghan masses and the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan hopes that the contract for mining these minerals after the defeat of the United State of America will be awarded on merit to those companies which have the sincerity and capability to carry out this important work.

After the inception of the legitimate Jihad of the people of Afghanistan against the invading coalition under the leader of America and the vast resistance sprawling on a period of nine years, the invading Americans and their blind coalition followers willy-nilly reached a point that the NATO foreign ministers in a recent gathering had to take a decision that they should withdraw their morale-sagging troops from Afghanistan.

The invaders may paint the disgraceful defeat of their forces at the hands of the Afghan Mujahideen as they like; it is up to their defeatist logic. But the ground realities in Afghanistan show that the retreat is a clear-cut defeat of the non-believing forces versus the forces of belief and Islamic faith.

While believing that with the help of Allah (Swt) and selfless support of the people of Afghanistan, all foreign invading forces will ultimately face defeat, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan meanwhile once again emphasizes on the unconditional and immediate withdrawal of all foreign invading forces from Afghanistan. To achieve this end, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan considers the armed Jihad the only mean to reach that destination. In order to expedite the momentum of the Jihadic activities, the Islamic Emirate announces this spring operation by the name of Alk-Faath (victory) to be launched against Americans, NATO members and their surrogates.

Al-Faath is a prideful word in the history of the Muslims. It has been used in the Holy Quran to mean success, upperhandness and victory. A chapter out of 114 chapters of the Holy Quran is named Al – Faath. Muslims were favored with Al-faath.—victory on the ground of Al-badar battle in the second lunar year of Hijara. In this battle, Muslims killed Abu Jahal, the leader of the non-beleivers. The second Al-Faath came on the eighth years of Hijra. It was the victory of Mecca. This is considered the beginning of establishment of Islamic rule in the world. So, the Leadership Council of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan chose this name to be the name of this spring operations against the Americans and NAT forces. Like the Badar, the Conferarates battles and the Victory battle of Mecca, we hope these operations will be successful operations against the global invading forces, if Allah willing. The Al-Faath operations will target the invading Americans, the NATO military personnel, foreign advisers, spies who pose as foreign diplomats, members of the Karzai stooge administrations and members of the cabinet, members of the parliament, personnel of the so-called ministry of defense, intelligence department, ministry of justice, ministry of internal affairs, contractors of foreign and domestic private security companies, contractors and personnel of military logistics and military constructions companies and all supporters of foreign invaders who are working for the strengthening of foreign domination.

The Al-Faath Jihadic operations will start in 10th May 2010 this year to include operations against the defeated foreigners and their surrogates all over the country. It will comprise of tactics of successful tips and runs operations, inter-cities operations, and laying siege to cities, blockade of roads of military centers, use of IED, assassination of government officials, detainment of foreign invaders and martyrdom-seeking operations as needs be.

1. Prior to the commencement of Al-faath operation, we urge all military intelligence, judicial and administrative officials to part ways with the surrogate and moribund administration and instead, side with their own people against the invaders in order to force them pull out of the country. If police men or army soldiers surrender to Mujahideen, their work will be appreciated by Mujahideen via bestowing on them material incentives. Those who support the non-believers will be considered as one of them and will be punished for their betrayal.

2. Owners and workers of transportations and construction companies, who transport logistical goods for the foreigners or build their construction facilities, should put an end to these illegitimate activities. Otherwise, Muajhideen will deal with their personnel and technical equipments in the same manner as they deal with the foreign invading troops and their equipments. They will kill their personnel and destroy their equipments. This is because their activities help extend the occupation of the beloved country Afghanistan.

3. Those foreign investors, who make investment in Afghanistan to ensure American interests in Afghanistan and their benefits invariably end up in the pockets of the foreigners instead of the people, should avoid making such investment. Instead, they should make investments in sectors which benefit them and the people rather than the invaders. Nor they should bolster the foreigners. Mujahgideen will destroy and wipe out every thing that is considered supporting the foreign invaders. Then none should have reason to complain

4. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan assures the Muslim Mujahid people that the days of the liberation of the country from the brutal claws of the invaders are around the corner thanks to the help of Allah (SwT) and your unforgettable sacrifices. You are urged to join the ranks of Mujahideen in this historical and critical phase in order to pound, kill and obliterate the invading forces. You are urged to strengthen the lines of resistance with your persons.

5. The leadership of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan earnestly requests the honorable and brave Mujahideen to pay attention to the safety of life and property of people and make every effort to protect them during all operations including the operation Al-Faath. Pleasure of Allah(Swt) and prosperity of people should make your sole goal of Jihad. This is in order to ensure the sanctity of the sacred goals of Jihad.

6. Take people advice and views in all your activities; show strong determination, sagacious approach, comprehensive planning and utilize all successful experiences of the past. Concentrate your thought and efforts on Jihad and oversee that the Mujahideen are not involved in unnecessary activities. Bring mommentum to the strongholds of Jihad with the none-believers so that an Islamic government can be established and seek help and strength from All (Swt) in your Jihadic and charity works.

HELMAND, May 07 – There are reports from Helmand province that joint Afghan/US-led coalition troops have suffered deadly losses in a series of Mujahideen’s separate attacks and bombings in different parts of the province through much of Thursday. According to the details, in the late morning hours of May 06, a vehicle of the combined Afghan and coalition forces got destroyed in an attack by Mujahideen in the district of Marjah, Helmand province. Later in the morning, two coalition soldiers were shot and killed elsewhere in Marjah. Also Thursday, Mujahideen, in an encounter with US cowardly troops in Marjah, killed 2 Americans and wounded another 2 in Marjah, in the later afternoon hours of the day. A little over an hour later, 3 Afghan and coalition soldiers were killed and injured in an attack carried out by Mujahideen on their foot patrol in Marjah. Likewise, on Wednesday, about 3 foreign soldiers were killed and and 4 hurt in Nowzad district of the province as they were hit by some blasts tearing through the enemy who got into and abandoned compound where Mujahideen had already planted mines. Almost at the same time on Wednesday, elsewhere in Nowzad district, a blast hit and left the tank on fire, killing its all coalition forces. Also Wednesday, a tank of the military convoy of the coalition troops got struck by a blast in this district; besides, the same convoy came under attack by Mujahideen elsewhere in Sangin, on Thursday, but it is unclear how many have been killed or hurt during the attack.

According to international media reports, the Kabul Puppet Administration have warned media outlets not to publish or transmit live reports of events without obtainment of prior permission. In case of violation, they have threatened to arrest relevant reporters, seize their equipment and impose ban on activities of the concerned media outlet in a given area. International media outlets, civil societies and human rights organizations have condemned the irrational warning of the Kabul puppet administration. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan considers this measure of the surrogate administration as a flagrant violation of the recognized principle of freedom of speech and wants to announce as follows:

1. The ban on independent mass media outlets by the Puppet Administration is, in fact, an effort by the surrogates to put a clout on their failure and shameful fiascos, which they face during confrontations with the Mujahideen in every part of the country.

2. The monopolization of activities of independent mass media outlets by the Kabul Puppet Administration is a clear-cut violation of norms and regulation of neutrality, independence and liberty of speech and has no justification in the light of national and international laws.

3. The said unjustified step of the Kabul Puppet Administration, defacto, originates from the anti-human attitude of their masters i.e. the Americans, who are bent on imposing their dictatorship and the so-called abhorrent liberty on independent nations.

4. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan while inviting all activists of mass media to accurately publish ground realities, highly appreciates the courageous efforts of the fact-finding and investigative journalists, reporters and photographers who continue their duty to reflect the ground realities of the Afghans issue despite threats and obstacles that they are facing in their way.

5. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, pertinent to its previous request, urges all employees of independent and neutral media outlets to initially observe the losses inflicted on the invaders by the Mujahideen and the destruction caused to public properties by the invaders and then transmit or publish their reports for the judgment of the public of the world. This as a part of their obligation to fulfill their journalistic mission and convey the true picture of events to the people of the world without any inclination to support the aggression of the invaders.

At least 25 Americans killed as 8 U.S. tanks destroyed in Marjah

HELMAND, Mar. 02 – A series of the Mujahideen’s bombings separately eliminated eight tanks of the U.S. troops in Nad Ali district and Marjah town of Helmand province throughout Tuesday.
According to the report from Helmand province, two of the U.S tanks were targeted by consecutive IED blasts in Tazah Gul Kowtah area of Nad Ali district, on Tuesday morning. Also Tuesday, another two of the U.S patrol tanks traveling in a convoy were struck by blasts while crossing a bridge in Kariz Sadi, Marjah town. Similarly, blasts ripped into other two tanks of the U.S troops in Abdullah Qulf area of Marjah within one hour of each other, on Tuesday. In another incident, one of the U.S tanks in Nari Mandah and the latter in Mataki area of Marjah were separately blown up by roadside bombs, on Tuesday afternoon. About 25 American soldiers were killed who were traveling in the 8 tanks being struck in separate bombings.

HELMAND, Mar. 02 – Mujahideen’s bombings in Helmand’s Marjah town separately destroyed three of the U.S tanks through Tuesday. The report from the region states, one of the U.S tanks while on combat patrol mission got blown up by a planted mine causing the tank to be smashed into pieces, killing all the American soldiers traveling in the struck tank, in Mula Salaam Char Rahi area of Marjah. Also Tuesday, elsewhere in Marjah, two straight blasts tore through two of the U.S tanks traveling in a convoy in Abdullah Qulaf area. Needless to say both tanks were destroyed killing and wounding all the U.S soldiers on board.

HELMAND, Mar. 02 – A fierce fighting broke out Tuesday after the Mujahideen attacked a group of the Britons followed by Afghan soldiers while walking to their base in Ibrahimzu village, Bababji area near Lashkargha, capital of Herlmand province. The report says the enemy suffered heavy losses and fatalities but the extent of their deaths and injuries are unclear yet.

HELMAND, Mar. 03 – Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate opened firing at a group of U.S soldiers while the soldiers were conducting a house-to-house search in Basir Khan village in the outskirt of Garmsir district of Helmand province on Tuesday, killing two Americans and hurting another two. Also Tuesday, 7 coalition soldiers were killed when an IED blast tore through a group of on foot soldiers in Katowri village in the outskirt of the Garmsir district, said the witness.
